Edge - Clearing the Cache
- From an open Microsoft Edge browser click on the ellipses icon(...) located in the top right corner of the window.

- From the drop-down menu, select "Settings."

- Select "Privacy, search, and services" in the left-hand menu.

- On the right hand side scroll down to the "Delete browsing data" section, select on "Choose what to clear."

- Change the time drop-down to the time range for which you want to clear the cache. You can choose to clear cache for the past hour, day, week, or all time. In this example we choose "all time"

Confirm that the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected.

- You can also select other types of data that you want to clear, such as browsing history, cookies, etc.

Once you are comfortable with the settings click on the "Clear now" button (this may sign you out of some sites).

- Once you have completed these steps, close all tabs and reopen Edge.
Chrome - Clearing the Cache
- From a Google Chrome window click on the three-dot icon (⋮) located in the top right corner.

Select "Delete browsing data."

In the "Delete browsing data" window, select the time range for which you want to clear the cache. You can choose to clear cache for the past hour, day, week, or all time. In this example we choose "all time"

Confirm that the box next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected.

- You can also select other types of data that you want to clear, such as browsing history, cookies, etc.

Once you are comfortable with the settings click on the "Delete data" button to clear the cache(this may sign you out of some sites).

- Once you have completed these steps, close all tabs and reopen Chrome.
Firefox - Clearing the Cache
- From an open Mozilla Firefox window click on the three-line icon (≡) located in the top right corner.

Select the "History" option then the "Clear Recent History" option

In the "Clear browsing data and cookies" window, select the "When" drop-down to adjust the time range for which you want to clear the cache. You can choose to clear cache for the last hour, last two hours, last four hours, since 12:00am, and everything. In this example we selected "Everything"

Confirm that the boxes next to "Cookies and site data" and "Temporary cached files and pages" are selected.
